The single biggest reason a coating fails is bad preparation. We mechanically diamond-grind every floor to open the concrete before anything goes down — no acid etching, no shortcuts, no coating over a dirty slab. It's the least glamorous part of the job and the part that determines whether your floor lasts.
Most residential garages are ground, repaired, coated, and finished in a single day. You can usually walk on the floor that evening and park on it after about 24 hours.

Coastal Florida is hard on floors: UV, humidity, salt air, and hot tires. We spec UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats for exactly that reason — a system that yellows or lifts in this climate isn't worth installing.
We carry liability insurance and every installation comes with a written warranty covering adhesion and finish. Ask for both when you call — and honestly, ask any coating company you're considering. Anyone who hesitates to show you proof of insurance is telling you something.
